Excellent service, ICare are a behavioural optometrist and recognise so many issues an optician cannot. Our daughter has struggled with visual tracking, eye spasms and over-focusing. Now she is a bit older, it’s mainly over-focusing. A optician’s test has given us a normal result and told us her reading struggles are from processing issues. This is because they can only test certain optical information. If our daughter tries to read without her ICare glasses she gets an instant and bad headache. Brad and James have really looked after our daughter giving her the very best help with her eyesight problems and a prescription that compensates for the eyesight issues they have identified and prevents the headaches.
