I attended with my wife for joint appointments We were welcomed by James and my wife enjoyed a cup of coffee while I took appointment 1 with Dr Recka. I was gratified by her incisive eyes examination and encouraged by a careful (for my understanding) explanation afterwards. I was very satisfied with Dr Recka’s caring interest in my eyesight’s welfare and her diagnosis.

My wife followed with appointment 2. She has a mild dementia which I discussed with Dr Recka beforehand and Dr Recka, with sympathetic caring, modified my wife’s treatment to best suit her condition for diagnosing her present eyesight’s condition. Dr Recka’s caring, understanding manner here was very much appreciated and put my wife (and me) much at ease.

Ultimately, I also enjoyed James’ hospitality with a cup of coffee.

We have been clients for years. Really personal treatment and James and his team will do everything possible to accommodate us. Thank you for a great service, always!
